Our Values
We have a set of values that we are looking to live out. These also help us to shape the culture that we desire to have whilst we pursue the vision that we believe God has given us.
The key values are:
FAITH - Positively stirring each other to greater faith
ENJOYMENT - Putting joy into the journey through friendship, fun, etc.
EXCELLENCE - Doing what we do to the best of our ability as we do it for Jesus.
LOVE - Desire the best for each other, speak the truth in love, resolve conflicts.
PARTICIPATION - We are all in this together, none of us are super stars, its a team game.
PERSEVERANCE - We keep each other going when times get tough.
