The Kings Centre
A new multi-purpose building that has grown in popularity and reputation within the Great Yarmouth Borough area
This page provides you with a brief overview of our venue and services. Please scroll down the page for more information and pictures.
The Kings Centre is located within a 1.8 acre site. It has a central location within the Borough of Great Yarmouth and is easily accessible by car and public transport (refer to map).
The building of the Centre commenced in February 2004 and was completed in September 2005 at a cost of £800,000. Today the Centre provides the community with a modern place to gather and worship as well as strengthening the community as a wide range of people use its facilities and network together.
(The Entrance area)
Our vision to enhance community interaction is being fulfilled before our eyes as more than 350 people per week use the Centre for a range of activities and as a meeting place.
If you are making your first booking can we recommend that you book an appointment and take a look around. We have had a number of testimonies from people who have done this and realised the great potential that the Kings Centre offers as a venue.
We also like to meet and build good relationship with our hirers in order to deliver services to the standard they require. Our experience tells us that every little detail sorted in advance helps to make your visit a memorable one.
We offer both short term and longer term hiring possibilities
The Centre is a real testimony to the faith and sacrificial giving of members of Kings Church. These members have in the main financed its construction and continue to financially support its ongoing management as part of their vision to upgrade the Borough of Great Yarmouth.
