How to hire Facilities at the Kings Centre

Hiring couldn't be simpler: call us on one of our contact numbers: (01493) 442861 or 445949 and one of our administrators will assist you.

Alternatively, email us here with your requirements: date; number of people; timings required; and we'll take it from there.

We will then send - either by email or by post - a confirmation form which details every item that you have booked for your event.

Just reply by email, or post back to us a signed copy of the form, and your booking will be confirmed.

If there's anything that you would like to change just call us back and we'll make the changes for you.

If your company has never used the Kings Centre before, or you're hiring for a party, we will always ask for a deposit to confirm your booking and require payment before the event. Customers who have hired our rooms before will always benefit from 30 day credit terms from the time of invoicing.
